Yes, yes!! Carrera 1985! Could you all tell me who sounds just like Carrera? I think Joseph Williams (s/t 1982) and Jay Gruska (Which one of us is me). Do you know somebody else with wonderful harmonies, lots of chord changes, sharp voice and early 80's sound? God bless Carrera!

If anyone is interested..Here is a 320k rip from original cd of "DAG LAUVLAND - 1 step closer" (1989 Norwegian hi-tech AOR/westcoast). I recently won on ebay. It was previously (and still is) available at good 192kbps, thanks to another excellent blogspot called kissmar but I just thought I'd up it in 320 if any want to replace.

The Tarney-Spencer Band "Run For Your Life" [Vinyl Rip] (1979)
The Tarney-Spencer Band was an Australian rock band comprised of Trevor Spencer and Alan Tarney. The band recorded three albums between 1976 and 1979. They're most notable for the song "No Time to Lose" which received substantial air-play in the USA, and charted twice on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart. This is an excellent vinyl rip. No pops, clicks or hiss.
